In questa ricerca è interessante vedere che la seconda priorità citata dai Responsabili dei Sistemi Informativi, sia appunto lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti/servizi.
In questo contesto mi fà piacere notare che, riguardo ai sistemi management, 37.8% of the sample survey is investing in ERP solutions and has a 4.5% planned to invest soon.
